Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, modern, and surprisingly quiet for being located on Ann Siang. The large bathroom and good amenities added to the overall comfort. The staff was friendly and welcoming; however, the service was a bit lacking in terms of responsiveness in some situations. The location was excellent, close to many points of interest in both China and Singapore, making it convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience was closed for renovation during my stay, which was a downside. The facilities provided were top-notch, making my stay enjoyable.
The hotel had decent rooms with a TV and a decent-sized bathroom; however, my room wasn't made when I returned later in the day. The design was pretty cool, and the overall cleanliness was good.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, nicely designed, and clean, providing a cool layout for a couple of nights. The price at 235 SG$ per night is reasonable.
Staying at the hotel was superb. The rooms are large, modern, and surprisingly quiet despite facing the busier side of the street on Ann Siang. The service was very lovely, especially from the front desk staff who always welcomed me with a big smile and were very friendly. The location is great for exploring the city, with the subway nearby and being in a trendy neighborhood full of great pubs and restaurants. The dining experience was good, with freshly cooked meals served for guests, but it finished promptly at 10 am on weekends.
The hotel has big and clean rooms that are comfy, but the presence of used bottles of soap & shampoo in the shower, an unclean mini-bar refrigerator, and stains on the carpets and cabinet headboard detract from the room's design. Despite these flaws, the room was clean, spacious, extremely comfortable, and featured a heavenly bed that made for a restful sleep.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and well laid out with a great bathroom, perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by on the street below. The service was different but the staff was more than willing to assist, even if the front desk could be a bit uninformative. The location in a trendy neighborhood offered a mix of trendy bars and restaurants while being close to more local spots, great for exploring the city. The dining experience had its ups and downs with some fantastic dishes but also a couple of misses. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were impeccably clean and offered a large bathroom with good amenities, but they did appear a bit worn down and shabby. The staff was very nice and helpful, though I did notice some of them having a loud conversation during their break. The location was in a trendy neighborhood with easy access to both touristy spots and downtown, offering a blend of trendy bars and local attractions. The dining was decent, with individually cooked meals, fresh juices, and homemade cakes. Overall, a good choice for those looking for a convenient location and friendly service.
The hotel feels a bit old but has a contemporary touch. The rooms have some cleanliness issues with used bottles in the shower and stained carpets, but they are spacious, comfortable, and feature heavenly beds. The service lacks communication and can make guests feel uncomfortable at times.
